Why Bing is worth tracking
Bing's share of search is small worldwide but higher in the US and on desktop, and its results also feed Yahoo and part of DuckDuckGo. If your clients sell to businesses or to desktop users, their Bing positions can differ a lot from Google's.
What changes the cost
- Tools that count each engine separately (SE Ranking, AccuRanker) use twice the allowance when you add Bing. 1,000 keywords on Google + Bing = 2,000 tracked keywords.
- The desktop app SEO PowerSuite Rank Tracker has no keyword limit, but it runs on your computer and large daily volumes need proxies or a captcha service.
